Matthew Wade is the founder of Emerge, a life giving and innovative ministry that focuses on teaching and worship. Matthew has taught in many leadership forums, music clinics, and has shared at various conferences and youth camps over the 16-year span of his ministry. The international aspect of Emerge has taken Matthew to East Africa, South Africa, The Caribbean, & Panama. In East Africa he visited the country of Kenya where he conducted leadership training for over 150 pastors and church leaders from different regions of Africa.  He has also lodged and/or worked in various orphanages and schools during his time in several parts of Kenya, Panama and the Caribbean.

Matthew’s compelling preaching, insightful teaching, and heart felt worship is touching lives and drawing people closer to Jesus Christ. "Our mission is simple: Teach people to access God’s kingdom through grace."

Matthew is married to Amber and they have one child, Carson Luke Wade, and a dog named Princess. Matthew enjoys spending time with Amber and Caron. He is a full time, online Bible and Theology student of Regent University and he hopes to graduate before the final resurrection. He also enjoys a round of golf, flying, karaoke, graphic design, and snow.
